CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service, billed to the card on file. Deposits required for certain services are non-refundable if canceled outside the allowed time frame. You’ll receive a confirmation 72 hours before and a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments not confirmed and unresponsive to follow-up will be automatically canceled. Cancellations made within 48 hours must be confirmed via text.
